      No bait was laid fella,
I didn't say Villa SHOULD be dropped, i said i WONDER if Pep has the balls to drop him - like if he continues to perform poorly in the lead up to the final. You get me.

He called the incident the way he saw it in the heat of the moment, with the ****ing disgraceful Alves (actually glad we didn't sign the cheating cunt now) rolling around as though he'd been shot.

What a terrible, terrible advert for football. Both sides were as bad as one another when it came to cheating, but only one team tried to play football.

And as for Mourinho. The guy is clearly a ****ing hypocrit of the highest order. 29% possession at home. ****ing embarrassing whatever way you look at it. And as someone else pointed out, you'd think that the best form of defence was attack against a Barcelona with Mascherano in central defence. Instead, Mascherano was barely tested. Probably one of the easiest games he's ever played in I would have though.

Messi. Just an incredible player. Love him! And I love the fact that he actually seems an honest player. None of the histrionics that the rest of them showed. He tries to stay on his feet. Never seems to dive. Don't often see him being aggressive towards a ref. He's a credit to the game. Him and Zidane are the best players I've ever seen. Put Zidane in that Barca team... imagine how good that would be.
does annoy me when Madrid get all the negative press, and Barca are painted as the good guys all the time.

Like some sort of example for every other football club to follow...get ta ****...they have a whole host of arrogant, moany ****s in their team.
          - Busquets(biggest culprit), Pedro, Mascherano, Alves, Pique and Valdes all charging at the Ref at every opportunity. Sickening.

They're such a talented team so why do they feel the need to act like big girls? it's disgraceful.

I'm obviously desperate for them to destroy the manc scum in the final, but i don't have much time for Barca and their dark side.

Messi is the exception of course...not only the best player in the world, but it's the way he conducts himself too.
          - If only his team-mates took a leaf out of his book.

And talking about something Liverpool get/got a lot of stick for, 'strenght in depth' and 'relying on a couple of players', I think with a couple of injuries, Barca wouldn't be all that! Without a bit of magic from Messi tonight, it was a 0-0 draw to a woeful Real performance!

I'm so excited. And I just cant hide it. I'm about to loose control and I think I like it.

Masher used to get in the ref's face when he played for us to be fair.

Messi is fabulous, it's true- although I do remember him complaining to theref against us I think. Stil love him though.

How depressing was it to see 3 of our former players
(plus 2 Parry stopped us getting)?
              3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Madrid went out with every intention of spoiling the game. There gameplan involved kicking and stamping the Barca team, who in turn responded by rolling around on the floor with every little bit of contact. Not trying to condone anything but Barca's antics was a response to Reals dirty, ****house tactics.

tbh. I will be a bit surprised if Mourinho survives this season with Real Madrid only winning the minor trophy and implementing a style of football that basically any spanish football fan hates and especially a Real fan. Capello got fired for it after winning the championship.

Mourinho is a poor fit with a club that historically always have gone out to dominate a game offensively, and I think it's showing for quite a few of the players last night. Some including Ronaldo started working against the tactics pressing up high running for the ball, and I don't think it's a harmonous squad right now.

Barca are the better team but they are also given the better team role far to easily in a game like this. With the players Real have at their disposal they should be able to press Barca more and throw them back in the defence at times.

glad barca won. Didnt think it was a red card but its the price you pay when you ramp it up like maureen does. He absolutely loved it when it was working but the pressure on the ref can always lead to it backfiring. Thats what i really hate about him. Remember Frisk anyone? thats why maureen isnt a nice person.

on the tactics i agree he can do what ever he wants or believes will win the game. However Real Madrid shouldnt be reduced to things like growing the grass to stop the opposition passing or the dubious fouling pressure on refs. The defend defend and hope to nick a goal.

I could try to get a team that good to defend defend and hope to nick one (obviously they would lose) but the point is that from a talented manager (maureen obviously is) you should be trying for something well more.

if he cant well then he isnt that special is he? Yes people can say take them on and he loses but then he likes to tell people how good he is. If he didnt then maybe people wouldnt expect him to be able to beat barca by football on the pitch.

also rudo that tippy tappy thing is called passing (its something our football club became rather famous for)
Agreed on the now v then debate regarding fitness I stated the same above

With regards to tactics its difficult to see what you could do to stop Barcelona, their strength is winning the ball high up the pitch by pressing really quickly and then when they turn it they pass, pass, pass and probe

The daft thing is that a tactic like Stoke (going front to back with a big man upfront holding the ball up / flicking it on) would probably cause them problems at the back but they'd kill you when they got the ball and thats the key

The tippy-tappy football is a lot more intricate than anything I've ever seen watching Liverpool. Even in the 70's & 80's when we had patient build up to our play and kept the ball for long periods it was never as intricate or as quick as Barcelona's

I said earlier if the old great LFC sides had to play Barcelona under todays rules I think they would have a tough time of things

If Barcelona had to play those old sides under the 70's & 80's rules then thats a different matter

Arbeloa has turned into such a nark under Mourinho, seems like most of the Spanish lads hate him.

That's another thing...after years of being plagued by Barca/Real divisions, and then finally putting it all to one side and uniting to win the two big international tournaments, Del Bosque has a job on his hands to get them all on side again. I'd love to be a fly on the wall at the next international meet up.

This man really makes me sick, he really does, coming out with ****e like conspiracy theories between uefa and Barca, and the Madrid press will take up his cause with relish, causing fan animosity and hatred.

He did it at Chelsea with his blatant lies and ended the career of one Ref, and now he's at it again, he really is a little **** of a man.

i understand that just think someone who is as good as the special one says he is with that squad should be able to come up with something a bit better than he has

the tippy tapping is actually passing comment from myself wasnt saying we have ever passed it like barca but merely a more general point that when rudo says this tippy tappy stuff he actually means passing. we also have been known for good passing it may have been more measured but it was still passing at its heart

I said earlier if the old great LFC sides had to play Barcelona under todays rules I think they would have a tough time of things i would imagine so. however the old lfc sides would have been fitter better prepared etc so may not have even resembled what we think. on the face of it though i agree

agree that they would likely be kicked off the park but then you have the argument they would be used to it so would adapt somehow
