So apart from allowing Berbatov to get away from him, then control the ball, then face the goal, and get past him to the byline, AND have a go at the ball and miss - I suppose Agger was utterly blameless? Berbatov went down as soon as he could but if you can't agree that errors were made by Agger, there's really no point discussing it further.

This is a thread about Howard Webb's competenece as a referee, not Agger's competence as a defender, right?

If there was no contact (I have watched it again and again and I can't see any), the it must have been a dive. So it should have resulted in a booking for Berbatov. The fact it didn't means that Webb got it wrong. Again.

There's only one way to put this - when it comes to me, my feelings about football, my attitude to bad decisions etc we can safely say you don't know what you're taking about.

You've come across in the same way as 99% of manc fans i speak to about decisions like that involving their team - so you get categorised with them. If you dont want to be generalised, dont actually the way manc fans generally do.

Under normal circumstances generalising of course would be wrong but given almost every United fan (99+%) I've met has the same mentality it's fair. Try listening to radio phone-ins, reading news site comments etc. All the same. If the '****ty comments' upset you go elsewhere.

Can we all agree that Howard Webb is an overrated referee with a suspicious tendency to award favourable decisions to Manchester United? I'm not biased or anything, just look at him.
