We should send him a clip of our Asian support instead.

This is his most important decision of his career so it is not impossible that he would join us instead of a club like City. It is very much a long term decision.

If it would have been a short term decision then we would probably have no chance to sign him but we are Liverpool FC and now have very good owners.

That means that we always have a chance to sign up a player like Aguero if he is thinking long term.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Before we start this is just what I am hearing from a number of sources and might not be 100% true.

It is rumoured that Liverpool and Man City have agreed a fee with Atletico Madrid for Aguero. Personal terms have been put forward by Liverpool and Man City and it is now up to the player to decide where he is going by the end of the week.

Is he in it for the money or the football only time will tell.
        Has he signed yet?

Depends on what motivates him, I know it has been stated in the past he is a huge Liverpool fan this was from before he went to Athletico " ndependiente's Argentine teenage sensation Sergio Aguero says he would prefer to join his boyhood club and Champions League holders Liverpool rather than German champions Bayern Munich.

Last week Bayern confirmed their interest in the 17-year-old Aguero, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or a striker, but the Argentine talent is holding out for a move to English side Liverpool.

"If I had to choose a league then it would be the Premier League," Aguero is quoted as saying in the Munich TZ newspaper.

"I have been a Liverpool fan for as long as I can remember and it would be a dream to play there.

"I watched the Champions League final and celebrated every goal as if it was for Independiente.""

Dont think the transfer fee would be a problem will just depend on wage demands

Since I'm really bored, I lurked in an Atletico forum to read what's going on. One of his agents is meeting City tomorrow. Four clubs made bids for Aguero: City, Juventus (who were rejected) and two other clubs, one English and one Italian who are unnamed.

                                So there is still hope!
