Wherever Pep goes he's going to be backed with money to spend and due to the style of football he's got teams playing and the success he's had players will want to play for him, even if the Mancs miss out on the CL this season I still think with the purchasing power and if he was there they'd be signing players of real quality.

Pep going to the Mancs would be a bloody disaster for me as he brings the right mix to turn them around.

I'd rather he went everywhere else than United. If he goes to City and Ancelotti to Bayern, I think Chelsea and United will struggle to find replacements in the summer, Simeone might not fance a move and is not a guaranteed success, don't know who else is there tbh.

I'd argue that what Klopp has achieved has been done under much more difficult circumstances that anything Pep has.

He's only ever been coach of a leading club in a league both financially & with existing players when he joins.

If he comes to EPL I think he will choose Man City or Chelsea for that reason. Mancs cannot compete financially & the existing squad is ****e compared to Man City & Chelsea.
