My suspicion is that Briatore has no money and the Indian backers have fallen out with him, or out of love with the project. So as usual Flavio is bluffing it and so far not doing too bad a job in many ways.

I suspect Warnock was chosen as a/ he is decent at working on small budgets and b/ he is a useful lightning conductor for criticism.
