Yes i am talking about foreign talent. There seems to be much better value abroad, yes we can't compete with the lure of Barca but when you see how much they paid for Sanchez and what we paid for Downing it makes you want to cry.

I think we are a top draw club, I think its calculated choice not to go for some of these foreign gambles imo. obviously excluding Sanchez but I mean the likes of Hazard, gervinho etc.

I think if we look back at out transfers over the last few years and the amount of foreign duds must be very much on the forefront of there minds.
