    Yes we have dudded through this but hes not going to buy his contract out you know that, the club knows that and Aquilani knows that

    He isnt going to settle, get his head down and play because he just doesnt want to be here

    We should offer to terminate his contract without penalty to either party

    The cost benefit of that alone is worthwhile to the club

    Get the £4-5 million and use it on someone who actually wants to play for us

          he should have thought of that before he signed on the dotted line. Let him rot.

                The club should have also thought about signing an injury prone player

                Neither did

                I dont see the point in keeping him and letting him rot its not as if we can afford to throw £4 million away

                Its about time the club got smart because every step of the way so far Aquilani and his potential suitors have taken the piss out of us at every turn

                          One of Rafas dumbest decisions was signing him but it's not his injuries that's the issue is it? I thought he's over them now?
