Yeah, he's not really kicked on.

Destined to become an "unfulfilled potential" type if he's not careful.
    Oh I don't know.

        Weird eh.

He always looks really good when he plays, but there must be something. Attitude maybe (he was binned by the Germans last WC).

He’d be amazing in our system.
        Modifying post.

He’s supposed to be trouble and wasn’t picked in the Germany squad for the World Cup due to him being a potential disruption

23 years old, over 200 appearances and 50+ goals.
Played in 31 (majority starts) PL games in the most overloaded squad in football.
As many minutes last season as Liverpool’s captain.
2 league titles, plus 3 cups.

            23 years old.

Yeah, needs to get his skates on.

              No need for that.

City have got their dependable starters. Sterling, Aguero, Fernandinho, Silva etc etc.

Sane ain't one of them. He looked like he would get to that point a year ago but he's dropped off. He didn't make the world cup either.

If City wanted to keep him, there's no way they'd let him go.

I'm not one to argue with the likes of Klopp nor Pep.

                  So yeah.

Personally I don't think that's the case sure they could force him to stay against his will but that doesn't benefit anyone. If he's not a regular starter and wants to leave for more game time and they are going to get good money for him and he's not going to a rival club, I think those are acceptable terms whether they really want to sell or not.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Sane is an outstanding talent. You would say it 100% weakens them but i think we all know that they are going to sign a few more worldies in this window.

He's an explosive talent but is he a 90 minute player?

I'm not sure. There's certainly something not quite right and I wouldn't want us to spend £80m on him.

Jesus asking to leave now apparently. Less of a loss than Sane but was still dependable when he played.

They could easily get £120-140m for Sane & Jesus and then get more quality in. That's the annoying thing about it.
