I was thinking wait to see if they qualify for CL. If they don't 2 year ban from representing England in CL with 1 year suspended. They only miss out on Europa, they don't appeal because why bother, it's a hindrance at that cash value.

No way that’s sufficient punishment if they are found guilty. No way the owners won’t appeal to try to save face no matter what the penalty.
We are here for a good time not a long time....

You could deduct them 40 points and they would still stay up they are currently on 58 and Ipswich on 21 (but with games still to play they would stay at least 40 above Ipswich). Deducting points at this stage of the season would be a piss take
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

For me, if I’m honest, the fact we are (on for) winning the League has taken the edge off the City stuff. Of course I want them to be punished severely - but one way or other the damage has been done, they’ll be back. So this season for us is massive. And should, if anything, be celebrated to the max as who knows when we will be here again?

Exactly, my sentiments! Feck those who have tried to belittle our achievement!

Let's enjoy the party on Sunday... there better be one, so take note Liverpool players as we wanna party asap!!!
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

Man City’s legal battle with Premier League will drag into next year

The club’s second challenge to APT rules — having claimed they give Arsenal an unfair advantage — is set for hearing this autumn

What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

Their lawyers pay and legal costs and bribes should be added into city's FFP.

Yes that's the associated party sponsorship stuff isn't it?

To be fair I'm not a fan of playing the semi finals at Wembley, before they started doing this Man City vs Forest would almost certainly have been played at Villa Park and that would have made it easier to hide the fact the City fans hadn't bothered for City fans to get there.

It’s just pathetic, a big club would be filling their quota and asking for more.

For me it supports the idea that they have been lying about the ticket sales at the Emptihad for years. More fraud that’s being overlooked. It’s a joke they are expanding the capacity from 53 to 61k when they can’t take half that to Wembley. It does create a further opportunity for financial doping though I suppose.
