Unbelievable. It's only one moron though. We had the same with that **** v United.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Oh yeah I wasn't attempting to use it score points against Chelsea.

It's an unfathomable thing to do anyway, but to do it when there is so much focus on the issue at the moment just shows how thick, ignorant and downright scummy these people are.

Aye, could happen at any football club in the country.

Fans have so much hate for opposing players these days.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Football is really repulsing me on so many levels.

I've moaned about it before, but it is unrelenting.
            Oh I don't know.

I think the internet has not hepled tbh, I mean from a personal point of view I am thinking about and discussing the game almost all day everyday.

Pre internet era you would forget about the game for most of the week, then come Friday the hype would build-up a bit and then on match day it would be done. No over analysing and criticising like it is now.

We have become so involved in the game and everything is taken so personally now.

The silly thing is that it might not have happened if the issue wasn't such a hot potato. Stigmatising the issue to the extent that has happened may have the effect of educating some people, but it will actually provoke others.

Also, being the subject on everyones lips in football for the last year, when an idiot fan in a blind rage loses his rag and decides 'i want to hurt that ****', instead of calling him a cunt...he does that, these people really are that stupid. imo.

We have had more racial indcidents since the Suarez case, so it's either for the reasons above, or more are being reported, and if that's the case, then shame on football for ignoring it for so long, while criticising other countries.

I think that if they'd handled the Suarez case better, no punishment, maybe suspended ban with some education and conciliatory gestures, football and racism would be better off.
                      * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Racism is abhorrent, but on the plus side all of the stuff over the last few days will take the focus off Luis and us and give the rags someone else to talk about.

It will be all Suarez's fault.

It feels counter-productive to me, it's a societal problem, not a football one. We all said the way the Suarez-Evra nonsense was portrayed would in fact damage the anti-racism campaign in football. And IMO, as Vermillion touched on, it clearly has.
