Big Chief - Smalling and Bailly have no apparent weaknesses except ball possession

Danperkins - both very difficult to get by, quick and good in the air but not that good on the ball

Listen I am not saying hes complete **** but he aint that great either

        I hope.

Smalling is tall, fast and reads the game fine. He doesn't make too many mistakes so he's a pretty good, if unspectacular player.

Smalling will be much better with Bially in the team, that's for sure!

                  That's bailly a pup for a CB.

United's defense was hardly the problem for them last year, so not arsed if they sign the best two CB's in the world.

He is pretty great to be fair. No one's comparing or even hinting at him being as good as Baresi. Being great doesn't have to mean being at some ridiculously elite level.

The only hope we have is around the injury records of both players, and the fact the two together could panic the sh*t out of each other at the back. Certainly during the partnership formative days. Most successful partnerships always consist of one decent ball playing defender.

He is quick and good in the air that's a given I think. Because he is quick and a big lad he also is quite hard to beat one on one. I don't think i'm saying anything out of the ordinary to be honest.

And he has had his best season with United IMO. I'm not saying he is amazing but he's not as bad as some suggest. Has time on his side and be interesting to see if he can build on last season. 26 IMO is young for a CB, most CB can go at least another 10 years. Good life span in being a CB.

From someone close to Utd - Muller offered £400k per week - Bayern refuting all offers - Head may turn

5 times his current wage apparently

It's all going to come crashing down for everyone at some point and it's going to be glorious.

I ****ing hope so. The players are so far removed from the real world in terms of what everyone else earns even MD's of large companies.

I hope the Elephant mans ideal state comes into fruition and they have to share their wealth with everyone else.
