    I wonder will they get rid, I think he's a dead man walking. Nuno is available & Emery who is a quality manager, can't seem to get it going with Villa this season maybe he can be pried away from Villa. Amorim genuinely seems clueless & there's no way that squad are as bad as they have shown.

    It will depend on the contract, but there are cases where the sacking club is liable for the salary up to the point he finds new employment, and some cases where he would continue to receive a top-up from the sacking club if his new role pays less.

    Yep. He is keeping them in the division with the odd good result every month or so to give them something to cheer about. Most bottom half teams would love that sort of consistency season in season out.
