And in an era which is far more skewed financially to the top clubs vs the 1990s or 2000s

It was some effort by bioth United and Spurs last season to finish where they did

The Scum are as big a **** show as we were in the 90’s but without the huge debts, crumbling stadium, overpaid prima Donna’s & toxicity

    Wonderful.

I don’t know how much it contributed to that guy selling his shares but it’s nice to think after doing all that work to build them up he could have played a role in the position they are in now.
Fergie took legal action claiming 50% of the stud fees for Rock of Gibraltar, settled with John Magnier out of court in 2004 for a few million allegedly.

Magnier and JP McManus sold their ~28% stake in the club to the Glazers in 2005, for about £230m.

It was their arsehole fans that made it worse, they were so arrogant and we were so **** that you had nothing....... I could only hope we somehow stopped them from winning leagues although from time to time we actually helped them!

Growing up in 90s Ireland it was United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Celtic and a smattering of Leeds/Spurs/Villa/Everton but there were so many United band wagon jumpers. I hated them so much and now they are invisible....... "I don't watch anymore etc"

The other interesting thing is United are a very successful club but all their success has been under Busby & Fergie, nothing else in-between. We have had several managers win leagues and CLs plus continued success over the years

The stroke of genius was the 4D chess move of faking interest in him, so United would then go and get him

The knives are well and truly out for Amorim over on Red Cafe. Many of them want Ole back, and suspect Amorim might be gone in the international break regardless of the Burnley result on Saturday.
