That's true. A dick for that kind of talk in public, but also not wrong.

n the buildup to this match, Matic branded Onana one of United’s *poorest-ever keepers when responding to the 29-year-old’s claim that United were better than Lyon. The tit-for-tat closed with Onana’s dig that he had won trophies at United – unlike Matic in his five years at the club – before a nightmarish evening ended with another error, this time for the hosts’ equaliser.I make no apologies, this is meComment

Exactly, full context...
Matic, now playing for United's Europa League quarter-final opponents Lyon, has made the build-up to the tie unexpectedly tense.
The Serbian was responding to comments by Onana who said his side are "way better" than their French opponents.
Matic, 36, said: "If you are one of the worst keepers in Manchester United history, you need to take care.
"If David de Gea, Peter Schmeichel or Edwin van der Sar said that, I would question myself.
"But if, statistically, you are one of the worst goalkeepers in Manchester United's modern history, he needs to show that before he says."Comment

I'm not a fan of trash talking other teams or players, I would want our players to keep their mouths shut and do their talking on the pitch. That said it's funny when other teams players are giving it all that and can't back it up with their performances
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.Comment

100% agreed on wanting our players not to trash talk and just do their taking on the field
I’m just find it funny that’s it a couple of United players / ex players going at itComment

Just another headache for United
He cost them £50m and is no doubt of silly money wages
They'll be lucky to recoup a third of that now. They might be looking at yet another loan move as it'll be close to impossible to sell
More than likely they'll have to spend to replace him.....money that could and spent on the other glaring holes in their squad.
.....you just love to see them in their current predicamentComment
