There's plenty of question marks about their squad still but there's no doubt in my mind they should still finish above us fairly easily.
RVP gone as well, rubbish season last year but still got into double figures for goals.

I dont think they should finish above us fairly easy at all specially if De Gea goes.

            Cheers Chazza.

I suppose Monaco would be the toughest for them but I don't know a whole lot about the rest of them. Be great if they got Fener and Van Persie put them out.

Would love it if they got Monaco but no doubts they'll get the easy option

Best way to look at it is "What did they do so well last season?"

                        1. Well, they had a world class keeper that 'earned' them about 8 points
                        2. Fellaini
                        3. Kept fresh, on account of no Europe or cups
                        4. Ashley Young
                        5. Anders Herrera and Mata scoring key goals
                        6. As pointed out by Carra on SS1 LvG hit a high line tactic that worked wonders but required Smalling and Jones to stay fit and focused on their game.

I'm resisting the temptation to put Liverpool/Spurs handed them 4th spot on a plate while giving them a free BJ.

So if we dissect the 6 points above:

                        1. De Gea will either leave or strop all season
                        2. Fellaini? Come on!!
                        3. CL is a bigger pain than even we imagined. Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin, Smalling and Jones to stay fit while CL and cups are ongoing? You've got to be having a laugh. They need to buy Ramos and Hummels and buy them yesterday
                        4. Ashley Young? Come on!! Even then he's a year older (at his age that's a year too old)
                        5. Herrera and Mata will play less due to the players bought. They're both still a danger though
                        6. LvG's famous high line. Teams will have spent all summer working that out as they did our diamond (i.e. pressure Gerrard, diamond broken). Smalling/Jones won't be fit enough (see point 3) to achieve this and with Evans/Blackett they will fall back to playing overly defensive football resulting in more draws/losses.

Feel free to add more strengths we saw from Utd last season and we can dissect.
                        One tit for another.

Corybn will be elected labour that day and we will get a last minute pen for the win and DeGea will let it in sulking he's stuck in Manchester

I ****ing hate the mancs but think they have done ok this transfer window, especially if as expected Pedro signs, and I reckon they will be considerably stronger this season. I fully expect the scummy cunts to mount a title challenge.

I think they've had a **** window. They've sold their back up keeper because he wouldn't play for the reserves, their best midfielder because he didn't travel and likely their best player (de Gea) because he had a strop.

They see it as LVG being strong, but really he's telling everyone that he'll sell if they act the cunt.

If things start going slightly bad expect plenty of players acting the cunt.
