Depends on how you look at it. They are defo getting an upgrade on Fellaini, and Mourinho loves a physical player in his position. So it could make sense for them, and he is still a good player - even if not quite at the Kante level (not many are atm.!)

Still a ridiculous price, but that seems to be how things are atm.

It is also worth looking at how when it went well Mourinho got him playing at Chelsea. In their title winning season together Matic looked exceptional. He seemed to be dragged down in the ****storm the season after - you have to wonder if that would be an issue if problem come for Mourinho at United as they have everywhere else he has been in the end.

Matic was one of their best players the season they won the league. 3 years ago now, but I dont think he will be less than good for them.

Id rather they stuck with Fellaini though

For years it's seemed that other clubs had their transfer **** together and we'd muddle through. It's reassuring and refreshing to see that we're on the right track, even if it's just recruiting the right players to take us forward.

Yeah. His stats are good but he can't half be lazy, I wonder if there could be trouble on the horizon from Jose and him. Either way, meh.
