The lure of getting back to England and close to home/family was probably key, and the only club seemingly interested was United.

He’s a London lad - product of the Watford academy

He'll hit the ground running like Naby.

Is it? They were operating at their peak and only finished a few points ahead of us who, by all accounts, suffered a terrible season.

                  He's a Football Manager manager.

I don't think Sancho will flop but I highly doubt he will post the numbers he does at Dortmund in the bundesliga, at least not yet.

It's a step up because there will be many more bigger games in england and the intensity is generally higher.

Do you think they were operating at their peak?

OK, I'll rephrase. What makes you assume they were at their peak past season?

They operated with a near full strength squad for a start. Also, only one of their players was playing within their abilities (Pogba).

Do you think they could improve on that with some new signings?

United have Rashford who's 23, Greenwood who's 19 and now Sancho, who's 20. There's no way they've reached their peak. Plus their squad's average age is lower than ours.

Solksjaer is arguably not the greatest and most charismatic manager out there, but he's definitely improved United over the past 2/3 years and made them competitive. Doesn't look they're standing still and the simple fact they're giving him time, brings stability to their squad which is undoubtedly talented.

If there's one squad who's reached their peak, it's probably us.
                                Are we winning?
