Feck off Harv. You would be like me out there if you were on a pitch with pro players.

Looking like a statue, coughing up a lung and not coming within five yards of any of the nippy feckers.

Only chance we would have of nobbling one of them would be to stay still for most of the game, and hope that one of them thought we were dead and came too close.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

FSG thought they could squeeze more milk from the cow so Qatar just walked away to United.

It's a different Qatari group and I don't think £5b was ever on the table otherwise we'd already have them as owners by now

Nah, they are as good as sold. Massive cash injection for them over the next few years.

Dont care about them or massive cash injection. It will cost them at least a billion to rebuild the rat infested stadium

Basically the buyers are getting a derelict building and a lot of highly paid primadonners

But now they’ll be able to do that and also keep buying at the same levels or even higher. We laughed at them for years but with their money they’d eventually find a manager who’d get it right and they’d be “back” - not saying that Ten Hagg is that guy but this is now another club who will have significantly more spending power than us

I can only hope two if the Glazer brothers buy if from the others

I think the cost of modernising, with a slight increase in seating was circa £800m. They do own a lot of the space around OT, and I think one of the options that was explored, was knock down and rebuild, but that was putting it at around £1.3b before you account for the loss of two seasons attendance.

There was rumour that was knocked about they were looking at buying Bolton before the new owners came in so they could ground share and sell on through a proxy party.
I make no apologies, this is me

That would make us desperately in need of some stranger's hand?

This, if it happens, and other such purchases will only serve to make our own wins feel like they mean more and make any silverware won feel earned.
