The problem with Mourinho now is clubs see him as a short term option, throw loads of money at players win some stuff and then bugger off.
His next club should be one he tries to build like Klopp, bring the youth etc.

Mourinho needs to lay roots at a club. Without Fergie gone, he is the best manager in football. I have no problem with what he has said about madrid, they are a joke of a club anyways. He'll probably end up at Chelsea and to be fair i don't think he wanted to leave there in the fist place.. maybe Chelsea is where he will finally settle in? The media love him and he loves the spotlight, he'll be back in the premier league next season no doubts

Some of my United mates wanted him, some of whom don't like him but recognised he was likely to win stuff for them - others didn't want to touch him with a bargepole.

As has been pointed out, lots of big jobs have been up for grabs and he's not been given any of them. He needs to cut back on all the pantomime hostility and manage less selfishly - i.e. plan for the future and build properly, as has been said.

He is hated by fans and media alike in Italy - that's why he ran off - and he's hated even more by fans and media in Spain. And he's running off again. They see straight through him. I knew someone would post that pic. Obviously neither are nice but Suarez's came in the middle of a high intensity match. Anyone who's played the game knows that it's capable of making you do silly things, and Suarez is particularly susceptible given the frenzied intensity with which he plays. What's Mourinho's excuse? Standing on the touchline, calmly walking up to someone and gouging their eye? A real cunt's trick. Suarez is also still young - mid 20s. Mourinho's supposed to be a grown up ...he was in his mid 40s when he did that

People do stupid **** in the heat of the moment, doesn't mean they are bad people. Mourinho isn't a bad guy and neither is Suarez IMO. No point in defending one guy for something and then absolutely lambasting another for similar. Egotistical and a media whore but not a bad guy IMO
