Standing on the touchline, calmly walking up to someone and gouging their eye? A real cunt's trick. Suarez is also still young - mid 20s. Mourinho's supposed to be a grown up ...he was in his mid 40s when he did that
You mean calmy walking up to someone and biting them in the neck? I think biased personal opinions are surfacing instead of actual truths.

Real Madrid vs Barca is high intensity, they have a special hatred for 'the interpretor' don't they

The reason for the Suarez picture is we love Suarez as he is 'ours' had he been an opposing player we'd give him the same **** that opposing fans give him, had we got Mourinho instead of Rafa...

TBH i don't love Mourinho but likewise don't hate him (not unless he's competing against us).
      We come not to play.

tbf, what Suarez did was very much heat of the moment in play, where as i think a lot of what Maureen has done and is hated for is more calculated.

edit: ok, see Shaggy has made this point.

"Calmly walking up to him"? It's a confrontation, a square up, in the middle of a football match. Not watching on the touchline, strolling up to something that's nothing to do with you and gouging someone's eye

Exactly, there's such a clear difference.

Anyway who cares, bloke's a top manager, he's unpopular and he's a cunt.

Aye, the Madrid fans have really taken to him.

The other factor is about it being calculated - an utter desperation to be at the centre of attention, to be the story. Suarez has cocked up and done bad, rash things in the heat of the moment - like you say Mourinho's 'moments' all appear calculated, especially the way he strolled up to Vilanova as cool as you like and gouged his eye.

Madrid fans are spoilt brats, i suppose they were expecting Mourinho to knock Barca of their perch and win the CL (he wasn't that far off). Dropping Cassilas must have not gone down well either.

I do despise Madrid as a club was delighted to see them fail
