Yeah look how they treated Jackson. Telling him he’s not wanted and spending all summer trying to get rid and when he finally had a deal in place they canceled it when he’s in Germany because Delap got injured for 8 weeks or something.

Well the new ownership reported it themselves after they found discrepancies so they know it's been done or at least suspect it wasn't legit.

I guess they just have to take it on the chin. They could have walked away when they were suspicious but proceeded with the purchase and they are purchasing the business with all it's liabilities. Might not be fair in spirit but it is the law. Basically the same as the weedkiller issue is Monsano or whoever it was. Got stung for massive fines because of a company they bought
