There's a couple of well known bloggers up here (Celtic fans admittedly) who're saying that there's a growing feeling that there will be no NewCo 'Rangers' in senior Scottish football next season.

I'd laugh my tits off if that actually happened.

Vote was 25 votes for entry into the third division and 5 votes for entry into the first division.

A Hammering and humiliation for the those in charge of the game up here who wilfully bent their own rules in order to gerrymander a place for Triggers Broom FC into either of the top two divisions in Scotland.

Is there a reason why everyone here is celebrating the death of a football club? I think it's a real shame for football. And must be absolutely heartbreaking for their fans.

Don't really see it being a laughing matter myself. We've been on the wrong end of some ****ed up owners ourselves. Think we should show a little more class here really.

this is exactly why the leagues and fa's need to ensure some better control of clubs finances and not spending beyond your means.

it would also be a major step forward if some sort of independent fans group would get a say and have a minority stake in the club so they could attend and vote at board level

I agree with the general pont here but I lived in Glasgow for ten years and found rangers fans generally to be massive cunts so I don't have any problems in having no pity for them
