Thanjk you.

Bit harsh. He's not looked good when he's been in deep wide positions. When he has been closer to goal he's shown more promise. He needs more games in a more advanced position. That probably will only happen if sturridge or Suarez is injured. The whole team looked a bit **** yesterday. That does not make them all ****. Laying into this week's scapegoat may make you feel better but what benefit does it really have? It amazes me the bile some of you serve up for players of your own team. Get a grip. Have some patience.
Problem is he scored his goals at Roma from a central position. I imagine he's a handy centre forward, but he's never gonna play there for us. A strange signing really, if you forget the 'comfort' aspect of it. We had Suarez, apparently Rodgers was looking at Sturridge in the summer and also had Dempsey in mind. Rodgers has said Borini can "do a job out wide but he's better through the middle" - but if he's never gonna play there what's the point?
Borini strikes me as the sort of player that would be a good addition to a functioning team. His movement is good, he seems intelligent and he links up well in the final third. If he came into a team that was playing well, he’d shine.
But coming into a team that’s struggling to find consistency - and being one of Rodgers’ first recruits to implement his philosophy – he doesn’t quite cut it. He isn’t imposing enough. In that sense, it was a luxury to get him in so early when we needed players that could hit the ground running. Whether that was a misjudgement on Rodgers’ behalf, only he can say.
If I'm wrong I'm wrong - how accurate is that pretty little graphic?
I read some Roma fan's appraisal of him when he signed, saying he was better through the middle and scored most goals there. Might be wrong obviously. I didn't watch a second of Roma last season.
What I'm definitely not wrong about is he's clearly a centre forward, clearly not a wide player. Rodgers has said as much too. He played centre forward for Swansea - that's a fact - and did pretty well. And he's not going to get a game through the middle with us so it's one I can't really fathom.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
I saw a bit of him at Swansea - in the play-offs mainly - and he looked really lively.
Really lively is how i thought he looked when he first played for us, i thought he'd be a real pain in and around the area causing defenses no end of trouble marking him.
But as i said earlier, he hasn't really played when we've been conistently at our best this season, so i think it's too early to judge, now he's coming back from injury after no games for ages, so that wont help.
Hopefully, if we can keep some good form now, and he plays himself back into being confident, then we'll see the reason BR bought him, with some meaningful contributions.

It seems to happen with us as a club though. We buy players then play them out of position. Rafa did it with Kuyt. Brought him then played him wide. Rodgers the same with Borini
Like you say, Rodgers has said that he is better through the middle. Maybe he will go there eventually but I see the forwards interchanging. For Suarez's goal on Sunday, Borini made a run to left forward position, took a couple defenders with him and that created the space for Suarez to run in and score. Personally think that is how Rodgers sees his forwards playing.
Borini should have got his chance on Sunday on target. Had a similar opportunity against Utd that he just hit wide. I hope he makes it. Will see where he is at come the end of the season.
I guess another thing to consider is that Rodgers has said he sees Suarez as the left sided forward now Sturridge has arrived. Perhaps if Borini hadn't gotten injured we'd have seen him go central and Suarez moved wide sooner.
