Yup, now imagine your morning brew being brought to you with those thumbs splashing inside. But we digress.

The re-signing of a player for millions of pounds who you released 18 months just seems wrong.

I'm sure I'll get over it. Looking forward to see him strutting his stuff at Anfield.

          Quite the expensive loan really.

I sure hope we don't stop at Sturridge and Ince though.

Comolli just can't stop mouth parping.

Sold or released (or whatever) for £250,000 in August 2011, we get him for £3.9m in January 2013.

the kid wanted to leave despite several offers. its wasnt about money but about playing.

he left and we didnt have a choice.

And good for Ince for proving himself and then having the desire to return to us for unfinished business.

If it's true that Blackppol have had 7 bids for Ince including Spurs and he has chosen to come back then that speaks volumes about Ince and Rodgers.
Also, if Ince had spent 8 years with Man U or Arsenal for example then left to play more 1st team football and we were now buying him for £6-7m I suggest most on here would be raving a lot more about him.

It's irrelivent where he was what is important is that we are signing a 20 year old Eng U21 international who wants to play for us for £4 million
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

                          Does it?

                          They are clearly both mentalists?

                          They are clearly both visionaries?

Maybe it's different set of volumes. I dunno.
                          Oh I don't know.

It is a completely embarrassing situation.

You'd never see one of Europe's other big clubs like Barcelona doing something similar. Can you just imagine the embarrassment if they let say Pique for example leave to go someone like Man Utd, and then a few years later pay ~£5m to get him back. They'd never be able to live it down.

Imagine the shock and abject humiliation if they let go someone like Fabregas, then re-signed him for about £25 odd million?
                              Oh I don't know.
