Thanjk you.

Just because it's been reported in the press it also doesn't make it true or the whole of the story.
Strange one from Rafa but I'm sure he knows what he's doing
Depends, in this instance, with him signing a three year deal, and most reports mentioning it, I think the odds are definately in favour of him being able to opt out. Sometimes the media do get it right,
this is from the Chronicle, I think that's some local paper?
The Spaniard has signed a three-year deal at Newcastle but there is a get-out clause for both parties after 10 games if things don’t work out.
* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
Rafa's stock has really fallen, hasn't it. Newcastle ffs!
think he is maybe putting family over a good job....realistically if he wants to stay in the UK, the only job that could be up for grabs in the near future would be Spurs if poc goes to Scum.
Next best thing is a so called sleeping giant which Newcastle are allegedly,

Been confirmed by Rafa in his first presser as well, so we can draw a line under that. Like Rafa would want to end up taking a risk to go to the Championship.
I heard a Newcastle journalist on the radio saying it is likely the break clause was put in there for/by both parties, as if NUFC go down it is probable Ashley won't want to be paying Benitez top money to manage in the championship. Supposedly this is what they did last time they went down when they brought Shearer in for the last 10 games, he wanted to carry on but the club enacted the clause.
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

No surprises there, he might not be a great owner in a footballing sense but Ashley is smart when it comes to looking after his money. He'll slash budgets if they do get relegated.

I don't think he's always that smart. I read somewhere (probably an article in this thread) that they didn't bother putting relegation clauses in the contracts of a lot of the new signings.
Bit of a weird one tonight - want Rafa to do well and keep them up but **** me Leicester must win! Cannot cope with Spurs winning the league. So, sorry Rafa...win the other ones (except v us obviously, but come on Leicester tonight.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
