If there is one club that deserves relegation it's Newcastle. After what they did to gutierrez they deserve everything they get.

Those that made the decision sure, but the fans and employees ? They are the ones that will suffer not the cunt at the top.

They're in the same position we were as fans tbh when H&G poisoned our club.

The only way those cunts running the club will learn is when it hits their pocket. I feel for the fans but the club is rotten to the core. I hope that when they are relegated Ashley and co finally piss off and the club can rebuild and get back in the Prem.

I may be in the minority but if one of the northeast clubs goes down I would rather it were Sunderland.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Mrs Muddled is a Toon fan, so I'm towing the easy line.

Sunderland, Norwich and Aston Villa for me.

As much as I'd like Crystal Palace to get relegated, I can't see it happening.

The added bonus of Rafa sending Fat sam down is huge too.

A group of Sunderland fans have paid for a banner reading "Auf Wiedersehen Prem" to be flown over St James' Park during Newcastle's game against Tottenham on Sunday. (Chronicle)

Newcastle owner Mike Ashley is to hold face-to-face talks with Rafa Benitez to try and convince the Spaniard to stay. (Sunday Mirror)

But Rotherham manager Neil Warnock has emerged as a surprise candidate to replace Benitez. (Sunday People)

All planes carrying banners should be shot down (not literally). It's boring and ****ish.

Would not be surprised to see someone like Colin ****** get the job if Rafa walks away from it.

What a step down in quality that would be for Newcastle
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Personally, I would like to see Rafa stay with them and bring them back up next season because I love the games against Newcastle because their always exciting and unpredictable, and on a plus side, it would be great to see us do the double on them and seeing Klopp doing his winning hugs to everyone

Ashley must be gutted. Absolutely convinced he wants away to buy Rangers now there is prospect of CL football but with Newcastle relegated their sale value must have plummeted

It's a tough one for Rafa, I think. If the bulk of the squad stay, then he may be tempted, but if he doesn't get them promoted at the first attempt, and there will be pressure to do it, then I don't think he'll get near a top gig again.
