Nah **** that - I've always maintained that if Liverpool were sold to a scum regime I'd be vocal in my opposition and I'd happily walk away.
Yeah I get that. Probably me too. But we've had lots to celebrate over the years. They've had nothing. Now they have a position of some power, financial clout and people are calling them out. Yet they're thinking well city have been llapping up for years etc. If others are doing it why not us? I'm sure amongst their fan base there are people very uneasy with the Saudi connection. The majority are probably deciding to ignore it and celebrate being not **** anymore. Football fans are easily led. Maybe not on here, but as a worldwide following, I'm sure there would be a huge percentage of Liverpool fans that would take money if it meant success.

Absolute filth, it just shows us you how deep that lust for success goes and the things people are willing to overlook to achieve that.

We dont have to have owners like that to be successful and I don't want that type of owner at LFC personally. We just need a little more to invest and be smarter in the market.

The average football fan can barely read and you expect them to be informed enough to care where the money is coming from?

70m deal close for Tonali according to Ornstein. Pricey, worth nowhere near that.

So the owners of Newcastle, PIF, also own 75% of Al-Hilal, who we now know are buying Neves. Guess what's starting doing the rounds....

"Newcastle United are reportedly considering a stunning move in the transfer market as they hold internal discussions over potentially signing Ruben Neves on loan once he completes his move to Al-Hilal"

If this goes through, the game is well and truly ****ed.

The 70m euro price being touted is meant to be transfer fee plus offered wages

Tonali is a fine player and one that would instantly improve Newcastle in the centre imo.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Doesn't sound dodgy at all, Owners have 2 clubs one is subject to FFP rules, so the other club who isn't buys the player and loans him to the first club, obviously not a FFP dodge
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

If it's legal its not dodgy. Up to the Premier league to adjust its regulations.

Which it won't do because they need the league to be competitive and Newcastle are their new hope.
