    --------Sturridge
    Willian - Coutinho - Suarez

With Aspas - Sterling etc. in reserve, would be very tasty.

If other big clubs wanted the lad we simply wouldn't be in the running, maybe he's not thought to be as big a talent as Lucas Moura for example but he'd certainly improve us. Coutinho wasn't wanted by anyone, even Inter who finished as badly as we did, that's where having good scouts comes in.

By all accounts the so called big clubs are sniffing around which is why we seem to be trying to tie this up pretty quickly.

Lets not forget Suarez was not exactly a fight to sign was he? And he was class from day one.

            MrM's reply hardly constitutes mocking

#LFC First team physio, Chris Morgan, is now following #Willian on Twitter; while Lucas and Coutinho started followed him a few days ago.

Chris Morgan is now following Willian, whatever that means.

We are also following Willian. It definitely means he's signing.
                  Are we winning?

I don't think we exactly had massive fights for Sturridge or Coutinho either. The scouting team we have at the moment have an amazing nack of seeking out talent no-one else wants.

I think whoever they sign, under whatever circumstances their recent record as earnt them the right to be trusted and not judged until afterwards.

This is how we lined up, and it was visible when we defended. Going forward, there was lots of movement but it was a 4-4-2.

                              That was NOT 4-4-2 yesterday

Only with Southampton for Coutinho and erm.. Nobody for Sturridge. Considering the two cost just over £20 million you'd expect more.

And in the scheme of things I'm not really sure how much the coverage in the Ukrainian and Russian leagues lend themselves to in depth highlight reels. I can't remember the last time I saw Russka Soccer Weekly on one of the main channels. Would be interested to hear the views of those who are more local though as they may have more to add than can be taken from some scrambled YouTube clips.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.
