Think Spurs were always favorites for this one. They have been linked to Willian since last summer and then again in January our interest may have been used to drive up the price.

Even if they settle / gel I still think both City and Chelsea will have some distance on them. Still, those 2 would significantly improve their attacking options. Willian,Lamela & Coentrao... along with Soldado,Paulinho,Chadli & Capoue would be some window for them. Some squad they'd have.
