The same happened to Potter after he left Brighton. He looked like a very talented manager but has struggled anywhere else.
Spurs seem particularly bad for this. Look at the list of good managers they’ve had who’ve failed there. Even someone like Nuno is better than his time at spurs.
They don’t seem to have any working plan when they hire a manager. They go from an attacking minded manager to a defensive one and then the balance of the squad is always off.Comment
