There were two of them. The Tuxedo Royale and the Tuxedo Princess. They alternated between the newcastle/ gateshead quayside and the boro.Originally posted by Lecter View PostHaha dont remember was quite pissed at that point so its quite possible
Has that club been there since the mid 90s??
All I can remember is the revolving dancefloor and people having a piss as it went round
Remember trying to get on the boat in trainers one night in the mid 90s. The bouncers stopped me as it was shoes only so I went round the corner, took my socks off, put them back on over my shoes and the same bouncer let me straight in.
They used to do an all you can drink for a fiver night on a Tuesday too. Good times
And we've got drive through greggs now too.A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

I bet that got messy
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Love the aspirational nature of the names of these places.Originally posted by Rowan View PostThere were two of them. The Tuxedo Royale and the Tuxedo Princess. They alternated between the newcastle/ gateshead quayside and the boro.

Like those boats have ever been near a tuxedo, let alone a princess.
Oh I don't know.
