That feels random, even for Parry

He is the EFL chairman and has been getting a bit of **** for the fit and proper owners test given that the new owners passed it and 4 weeks later the club are in administration. I grew up in Wigan and a lot of people that I went to school with are not happy with him and the EFL.

It seems the guy in question was a Wigan fan who lives near Parry and they were talking about the rumours and the background to it as part of a wider conversation, and obviously Parry didn't know it was being recorded by the guy on his phone.
