Hopeless manager. Either BBC or ITV should have snapped him up for the world cup, his droney voice would have fitted in perfectly.

Remember the woman who was taking the coaching job at a major European league men's side.......resigned today, or rather, is not taking the job.
Not much of an explanation why though.
Helena Costa will not after all take over as Clermont Foot coach
• Costa made ‘sudden’ decision not to join club, says president
• Portuguese’s initial appointment was hailed as ‘new era’
Monday 23 June 2014 18.07 BST
Helena Costa was set to be the the highest-level woman running a men's team in a major European league.
Helena Costa, who was announced as the first female coach of a French professional club in May, will now not take over at Clermont Foot according to a statement on the club’s website.
Clermont Foot’s president, Claude Michy, who initially said Costa’s appointment as the club’s coach was a “new era” in football, has said he was surprised by the decision.
“Helena Costa decided not to honour her commitments vis-à-vis Clermont Foot 63,” said Michy. “Helena Costa will therefore not assume the role of club coach for the coming season. This decision was sudden and surprising.
“I deeply regret this situation. I thank all those who have supported me and I am most grateful. The operation of the club will continue with other stakeholders to prepare for the new season.”
Costa, who is Portuguese, joined Benfica’s academy as a teenager in 1997 and progressed from the Under-9s team to coaching the club’s Under-17s, whom she led to two World Youth titles. Before being announced as the Clermont manager, Costa was most recently the coach of Iran’s women’s team."I will make the boys feel your support"

Yaya Toure: Man City stopped me from seeing my dying brother
Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has claimed that the club prevented him from spending time with his brother Ibrahim, who died of cancer last week.
Yaya and his older brother Kolo are currently in Brazil with the Ivory Coast, with the country taking on Greece in Group C for a place in the last 16 of the World Cup.
The brother were left shell-shocked by the news that their brother Ibrahim passed away last week and the City star has hit out at his club over a lack of compassion when he wanted to spend time with his dying sibling.

“I confess that I am still very sad,” he said in an interview with sports newspaper France Football.
“I’m suffering because I feel I have done nothing useful for him the last few weeks.
"At the end of the season, I wanted to stay for four or five days with my brother before I flew to prepare for the World Cup with Ivory Coast, except that City did not want to give me a few days.
"I went to celebrate the title championship in Abu Dhabi while my brother was in his sickbed. By fortune, Kolo was at his bedside. After that I blame myself for not insisting and for not leading them to respect me.
Toure says that the Premier League champions were aware of the seriousness of the situation and says that the injuries he picked up towards the tail end of the season were directly related to his personal ordeal.
“Club officials knew that I had been suffering for a few months seeing the health of my brother decline,” he insisted.
“This is the reason I had several injuries at the end of the season, because my head had taken control of my body. These last four months have probably been the hardest in my life.”
That rug really tied the room together.
