I think we registered all the paperwork and argued that he had only made 1 appearance for West ham so special dispensation should be made to get around the 2 transfers per season rule (or calendar year)

I think the signing can go through after the window closes so long as the deal has been agreed in the window. I could be wrong though.

Well... Multiple sources in the press are saying we agreed terms, the player had a medical, we triggered his release clause, but their owner refused to sign the papers. Outside of that, I'm not really sure why I have to provide you any evidence of anything.

I merely want the process (of which Ayre is a key part) scrutinised for failing to deliver multiple targets over the last two windows. Accountability for failure and putting steps in place to improve and learn from it is better than merely drawing a line under it and brushing it under the carpet hoping no one will notice...

If there is something to be held accountable for, I have no doubt he will be... Like Comolli, Kenny etc.

So after the last window, I'd have expected an improvement in securing our primary targets. After all, a process is only as good as the results it delivers...

I don't think Rodgers would leave. If he gets us in the CL then we have a lot more bargaining and pulling power than we do now.
