Errm, the fact it is white and with a pointed top does make it look like a KKK though. Doesn't have to be exactly the same but when I saw it the KKK was the first thing that came to my mind.

Anyway, I don't think it's malicious, Asda will have saved manufacturing costs by having a point rather than a rounded edge for what is essentially half a rain mac to show your support for Engerrrland. It's not the best design, but people will have been clamouring for a flag that can be attached, but free up their hands to hold the beer.
