I stand by my original point that the World Cup wouldn't be held in Australia/ NZ because the timezone ****ery would greatly reduce the appeal of the tournament to advertisers and sponsors.

Aus population 25 million

US is the largest consumer nation on the planet, pretty evident as to why they'll have hosted two world cups in a 30 year span. If you can't work it out then perhaps you're the 'thick cunt'

What I've said about the reasons for Australia/NZ not hosting a World Cup anytime soon are factually correct

More than likely it'd need a change at the top of FIFA away from the bribery and corruption of recent decades to a more inclusive organisation than want to spread and grow the game first and foremost

Timezones are pretty much the same as majority of Sth East Asia and China, Japan etc. Not sure if you're aware of it, but a vast percentage of the worlds population is in this area.

How you going to go with the US World Cup next too? West coast games going to be -8hrs behind your local time.

Which is exactly what Australia is.

I'd be amazed if Aus / NZ get awarded it due to the timezones.

It wouldn't be appealing to the majority sponsors.

The only way it'll happen is if there is significant Government backing (bribes) to offset the potential lost revenue.
