Thanjk you.

I agree btw, he has the pace and work rate that would be spot on to swap in and out with Sturridge. He's hungry too. I don't think Balotelli has the same motivation levels.
Think he's a bit lightweight for us. We already have Sterling, Couts, Marko, Lallana etc. need a bit of power. Origi will be great when he comes. Until then, I'm guessing Balo rides out the season and we see if he improves.
We were better when he was not in the team. We shouldn't play him again.
True. But we'll get nowhere without him. We have to try and make it work. At least until Danny is back. So another few games to trial and see what happens. He needs a big performance v Hull. If he starts, I'm guessing Rickie will be in the ear of Rodgers.

Borini or Lambert could stake a claim. Hell, even a constipated snail can muster up more movement than Balotelli...
The transfer record is looking more and more shaky recently. Lovren, Balotelli, Markovic - a lot of money spent on them and sure, you can say early days - but you would expect to see at least a glimpse of what the management thought these players might bring to the team by now. Its perfectly ok to expect to see at least some progress with the signings that have been made after 10 games. I know Brendan has said we might have to go back a bit for long term progress, but some of the players look like they will never be able to progress the collective. Its worrying.
we spent a fortune. Yet if everyone was fit, then i would suspect that our best front 6 would be a midfield of Gerrard, Henderson and Allen.....and a front 3 of Sterling , Coutinho and Sturridge.
In defense, lovren gets in but it is debatable if he is better than Sakho. (or the actual argument....which one of them is less ****e?)
Moreno....no problem with him as a signing......good price, obviously talented and if it did go tits up, then we'd likely get 70% of the transfer fee back from a La Liga club. Same rationale with Emre Can.....he might prove to be the long term solution in DM......and if he didn't, then again he is young enough that we'd get a good fee back...
Its the signings of Lovren, Lallana, Markovic and Balotelli that will **** us in the ass though. All of the suarez money pissed down the toilet. Now i know people will say that Lallana is good, Lovren will settle, that Markovic could get better and that Balotelli was a calculated risk..... but i reckon:
1. Lallana is too expensive for an LFC squad player. He might be an okay player but in reality we could have got better for our money. We spent 25m (or whatever the **** it was) on a guy who i don't think is as good as Coutinho.
2. Lovren doesn't do the leadership / talking role that was expected of him. The scouting dept got that totally wrong. Big time. So even if he ends up becoming a good player, he won't ever be that natural leader at the back. Which is what he was purchased to be. So now we are left with no leader in defense. And it's obvious to see that..... we'd have been better off with Ryan Shawcross. He mightnt be the best player in the world but at least he can talk to his fellow defenders and organise somewhat.....
3. Markovic was too expensive to sign as one for the future. I hope he can make it and who knows, maybe the #50 LFC jersey will be iconic in 5 years time. However, right now our squad wasn't ready for a £20m punt. We're not chelsea or man city that could take a chance like that and write it off if it didnt work. I know people will say that every signing is a risk but in reality our squad isnt good enough to take risks like that. And probably wont be for 3 or 4 years.
4. I dont think anyone else was going near Balotelli. We could have probably done to milan what they did to us when they took Aquilani - give them a few million for a season for a loan with an agreed figure to buy him if he plays, say 30 games. That would have been the calculated risk to take. To be honest, in hindsight, who the **** else was going to go near him? Milan would have probably taken the loan just to get his ****in wages off their bill....so they could free it up to give to Torres. I think we are lumbered with him now........but it was a stupid signing.....stevie wonder could see it was a ****in bad move.....it feels like we've ****ed a thai prostitute bareback and now we are feeling sorry for oursevles because our cock is itchy.....
