The problem in this case is that it has always been entirely rational and reasonable, on the basis of all the available evidence one can gather from watching football games, to conclude that Mario Balotelli is not only pretty crap in general, but is actually and actively detrimental to a team attempting to play anything like the way we do.

Mario the football player, when you strip everything else away and just watch him play, is so flawed and so utterly devoid of what I like to see in my LFC centre forwards, and so much the absolute anti-Suarez, that I think the total lack of logic and sense in his signing or anyone suggesting he'd be awesome for us just blew my head.

One really damning conclusive bit of evidence which the club should have taken into consideration is that, Mancini, a so-called father figure, his mentor, his guiding light, eventually came to blows with him on the training pitch
