And also that they know players and coaches might not like it, but until players stop diving and going down under minimal contact they would just have to get on with it.

Offside: If it looks level, it is onside. When viewed on screen with the lines, then so long as the majority of the player is inline with the defender then it is onside. Minor appendages and limbs seeming to be offside when the core of the body is 'on' will be ignored.

Late offside flag: Get that binned.

That's why you bring in a set line thickness...because you can't be sure the exact moment the ball is kicked, you have to use the best approximation, draw the lines and if they touch, then c'est la vie, benefit of doubt to the attacker.

Without looking into it, I assume there's a mandatory time period that a concussion sub is enforced to miss?
i.e. we have made three subs already in a weekend game, Derek is stinking up the place after coming on, as usual. Gets his head cracked and we play the greencard for a concussion sub.
Derek is automatically ruled out for next week to 10 days seeing as how the sub decision ultimately comes from a team doctor and there are already concussion protocols in place after all.

Can't have a big team swapping out half their team without some repercussions.

Not convinced. Should be an independent doctor to prevent any 'tactical' use. If some team with a elbow leading Fellani type gains an extra sub because some donkey of a player has clattered one of yours seems a little unfair.
