I don't know what has happened.
Not to happy with their comments in the media after they pulled out though.
But I don't know an awful lot about these yanks either.

I guess I have to trust those privy to all the info and who are brokering the deal...although they have tested my patience from time to time, Moores and Parry genuinely care for LFC.

sorry but im far from happy about this.
No, but there's sweet FA I can do about it, and as much as it pains me, we need to maintain our position, never mind about pushing on the the next level.

But I'll still be a Red till I die, it's not like a supermarket where I can pick and choose the cheapest bread on offer is it?

It's the times, embrace them and move along with them.

Hows is Tampa Bay NFL side getting on since the Glazers took over. Has it affected them?

2 is better the one i guess with Hicks money and Gillete but bt all the reports they seem to keep away from it and not muddle to much in the day to day running of the club

It's not ideal, is it. A necessary evil. I'm still concerned about Gillett, and I'm probably even more concerned about being so closely associated with a bloke (Hicks) who has ploughed so much money towards George Bush.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

What and you're happy with their boasts of carrying out due diligence in just 3 days and that Gillet and Hicks got their plan together last week after an NHL game? Their words, not rumours.
But you're right, most including me don't know the details of either deal just what we read, we can still have an instinct that something seems odd though!

I would add though, that the comments from both sides may just be a smokescreen. We just don't really know what's going on!

I'm not happy about it either, and there's a lot more I could say about it, but I've already been called paranoid, bitter and other things on this forum and I'm just not bothered any more.

I kind of feel sorry for Moores, he's been under a lot of pressure over this investment, especially from share holders I imagine. I wouldn't mind betting he's been surrounded by a bunch of planks on his board as well, and I dont necessarily exclude Parry from that list.

You could equally be unhappy with DIC missing the 22nd December 2006 deadline that they supposedly agreed to have due dilligence completed and formal offer made (if you believe the newspapers)

We didn't win #19 during your time but we won a lot of cups. I'm sad that football is now so expensive that not even you can't compete anymore

                          Enough to:

                          Buy the club
                          Clear the debt
                          Fund a stadium

You won't need much more than all that to leave £40-£50M per year on transfers and be self funding doing it.

No we don't, but from what we do know there are certain assumptions we can make.

I for one am most disappointed at how we have been taken for a ride by Parry over this whole investment thing and then been told just to trust the board. And with their track record, there is no way they should be taking our trust for granted.

I read somewhere on the web that combined they are worth more than Glazer

Funnily enough the same article said that Randy Lerner was worth more than all 3 put together (about US$ 9 billion dollars)
