I agree with this, but I would also add that none of or strikers are as good as Saha to make a comparison.

I think a new left back is very much possible.
Riise is in the category of very overrated, just like Beckham. Riise works hard and has a rocket of a left foot, but his tackling, dribbling and positional sense are all average.

I dont know why people have rave reviews about Kuyt(I am a fan of Kuyt before you get at me) most weekends but people just say Bellamy is **** and we should sell him no matter what he does.

Kuyt is a good player i dont doubt that but i dont think Bellamy gets the credit for what he does every week for us with his runs, hold up play and goals.

If people think he'll be out the door or if he deserves to be out the door in the summer your

        Bellamy is class FACT

And his passing is truly diabolical. I lost count of the number of times he hoofed aimless balls to no-one yesterday, and he continually gave the ball away needlessly.

Yes, how could I forget about his passing. If people just forget for a second how powerful his left foot his and look at his all-round game in comaprison to Ashley Cole, Evra, Bridge, Clichy etc, then they will see his limitations.

Bellamy has 2 major flaws which stop him being a top player.
              1. His finishing is not good enough.
              2. Gets caught offside far too much.

He has ability, no question of that but yesterday was typical. 3 or 4 really good chances, only 1 goal. At the very highest level, not good enough.

Anyone who thinks Craig 'eight goals' Bellamy is good enough to start for side looking to win the title, is sadly deluded. I'm not Kuyt's biggest fan, but even he has been better than Bellamy this season.

That said, neither are the elusive 'goalscorer' we're after. According to many Liverpool fans these days, it seems...

Lazy, erratic striker who scores a lot of goals = Crap

Strikers that work hard, drop deep but dont score many goals = Good.

If Cisse was still at the club, he would be our top scorer this season, no question.
2006/07 Premiership stats Bellamy 7 in 21 games
2005/06 Premiership stats Cisse 9 in 33 games

No question? Serious questions I would say. Cisse is/was **** no question

My point about Crouch is the same as above.

""We need to learn, when you create clear opportunities you need to take them and finish off the game."

I actually think we'll play Crouch in the Nou Camp. They won't know how to deal with him, and ironically his goal record is better in Europe this season than in the league..
