According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Villa will move to us if he feels that we will challenge for the title IMO. The things he said about not playing for a non spanish club has changed to more or less you never know what will happen but I'm happy at the moment.
I would be very surprised if he doesn't move to us in the summer.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
