Always down to earth, comes across as a really nice chap, never complains about being out of the side, never has a bad word to say about anyone, always shows appreciation for the fans, always has a smile on his face, always gives his all, never throws the toys out of the pram.

Such a perfect professional, i bet every manager appreciates the kind of player Crouchy is.

I imagine there’ll be some people thinking “so ****ing what?”, but every squad needs people like Crouchie. It says a lot that within weeks of his first call up to the England squad, he was one of the most popular players. Everybody likes him.

People should just accept Crouch for what he is.

He's a genuinely nice guy. Always trys his bollocks off. Scores some fantastic goals. Creates goals for others and is a reasonable target man. But he lacks pace, always will and will never score as many headers as he should.

He'll never be world class. So what. You don't have to have 11 world class players to win the league. Give me Crouch over Garcia, Gonzalez, Bellamy evey day of the week.

Good post DJS Couldn't agree more, sometimes things like these (ie. attitude) are more important, although Crouchie can't be faulted, he's produced his goods this year and he's a positive guy. He soooo reminds me of my mate Lutz lol, they run exactly the same lol
