I think all you need to know is that if you takeaway our performances in Europe 90% of fans would be calling for his head right now based on the league performances. The simple fact is we havent improved in the league.

Lets give Rafa the cash to get his first choice players in and lets see what happens.

I think we could get up to £50m to spend n the summer.
IT will also depend on CL qualification which im sure we will get, So Rafa may not know exactly, im sure Rafa is drawing up a hit list in his head and wants to hand in his shopping list to the new owners and is loosing out on valuable time to other teams around Europe.

you really cannot include Cisse in rafa's net spend. He would never have bought him.

I would say as most would i think if Rafa bought a World class striker, Alves and another *and he didnt do the business next yr then questions should be asked

Cisse cost £14M, his hands were tied obviously. I'm sure I read a quote where he wished he had had that sort of money to spend on players, and buying better quality.

He has had to wheel & deal to spend a little bit more than buttons, which has taken a huge amount of time to get sorted, so it would be good to get that down to 2 or 3 players per summer, with a decent budget without strings.

Why would the likes of Alonso and Reina leave if Rafa left? Are you really trying to tell me that after 3 years at the club they feel more loyal to the manager than the club itself? People underestimate what it's like for players to play for Liverpool football club.

I think Xabi could leave, but i'd be supprised if it was to Madrid. I guess alot would depend on the new manager and what his vision was, no doubt though any new manager would want Xabi at the very least of our Spannish players to stay.
