he's much better than what we have, only problem is he needs to play with a propper goal scorer, cause he creates loads, him and Jimbo scored over 50 goals together in one season for chelski. he is a very effective partner and a great finisher. very calm in front of the net very effective one on one. his biggest problem at barca is that he's not very comfortable playing upfront by himself.Originally posted by AFII View Post

It's not just about him being a fringe player at both of the clubs in question. I just think it says somehting about our intentions and desire if our star signing, a big name striker who we've been waiting a long time for, is someone who couldn't quite cut it as anything more than a fringe player at clubs we should be looking to compete with.Comment
