Does anyone know if this has anything to do with an injury to Threlfall or is he just deemed not good enough?

He was one of the two loan players in the lower leagues to have played since I last updated with 10 minutes at the end of their 3-0 win over Wrexham. Antwi and Hobbs have made the unused subs position their own at their home clubs. Hammill has been dropped and I assume Threlfall is still injured (either way he didn't make the squad).

Carson played against Derby but as expected basically got the day off.

Yeah I was there, he did nothing bar hit a couple of poor corners and hit the wall on a long range free kick

Swansea 4-1 Leyton Orient
League One

Guillem Bauza confirmed his Liberty Stadium hero status with a stunning hat-trick as the Swans celebrated finishing top of the table in style.

Paul Anderson struck first after 18 minutes, but the rest of the first-half belonged to Bauza.

The striker hit the mark from close range after 25 minutes and did so again 10 minutes later.

Bauza's third came as he pounced on Glenn Morris' save of Andy Robinson's shot. Wayne Gray struck back.

TRY telling this lot they aren’t champions.

While there still may be a legal question about who the title belongs to, anyone at the Liberty Stadium would inform you the proof was in this performance.

Champagne on ice? More like Champagne football as a hat-trick from Guillem Bauza and a super strike from pace ace Paul Anderson rendered Orient helpless to watch on as Swansea held their third promotion party to date.

Of course, there is still that unjust, nagging doubt that things won’t be officially decided until the result of Leeds’ arbitration hearing on Thursday at the earliest, or next Saturday’s clash at Brighton at the latest.

It seems hard to comprehend that, having led the league in such style for so long, that a panel of bookworms could have the final say.

But take this promotion swagger to the south coast next week and it won’t matter as because the trophy will be lifted, albeit a little later than most would have liked.

Had it not been for Leeds’ stubbornness and the Football League’s dithering, then there would have been few more fitting days to have held aloft the League One title than here.

Sun shining, jubilant support and slick football – even Leyton Orient joined in by paying tribute to the hosts with a guard of honour as Roberto Martinez’s men took to the field.

Perhaps that suggests Ashley Williams was right when he claimed the rest of the country recognises Swansea as champions, even if Leeds and the League won’t just yet.

Besides, while the talk may still be of whether Swansea will eventually take the crowning glory of a first-place finish, it shouldn’t be overlooked that promotion was the be all and end all this season and no one can now take that away.

And, from early on in this game, Swansea turned on the kind of football that has brought Championship football back to the city for the first time in 24 years.

Aside from some minor early pressure that suggested Orient were not going to roll overlet Swansea have it all their own way, Swansea pretty much had it all their own way.

It might have been all over by half time, as Swansea racked up four, but you had the feeling the game was won the moment Paul Anderson opened in superb fashion on 18 minutes.

The rampaging Andy Robinson had already brought out the first save from Glenn Morris after 10 minutes, but the Orient keeper was getting nothing on Anderson’s effort as Angel Rangel’s pass slipped past Charlie Daniels to the on-loan flyer who twisted, turned and smashed home.

Rangel’s pass to compatriot Bauza almost produced a magical second when he cheekily tried to lob Morris from some way out, but it would come on 24 minutes when Anderson’s wing play handed Scotland the chance to control and Bauza was on hand to poke home.

Ten minutes from half time and Bauza bagged his second with enough skill to make a difficult opportunity look easy.

Rangel’s long ball tempted Morris to come out of his area, Scotland got enough on it to leave him in trouble and Bauza connected first time to steer the ball home from 35 yards.

The day would get better for the man they call Bussy, grabbing his hat-trick goal on 44 minutes, adjusting well to put Andy Robinson’s saved shot goalwards and the linesman flagging for a goal after the ball bounced off the crossbar and onto the line.

Perhaps it was a bit much expecting the same after the break but, strange as it may seem, when you talk about a 29-goal striker, Jason Scotland should have had a hat-trick.

Martinez claimed the Trinidad star was trying too hard but on 53 minutes he muscled his way through only to see Morris save and would twice more spurn one-on-one chances as Swansea kept things ticking over.

The hosts blotted their copybook when sub JJ Melligan crossed and Wayne Gray outjumped Rangel to head home.

But the result was in the bag, victory assured.

Now all that remains is the title, but as the Swans fans sang: “Who the heck are Leeds United?”

Was Jimmy Ryan on loan at Shrewsbury, according to skysports he has been released as he was out of contract in the summer, no mention of him being on loan and returning to Liverpool. Also I couldn't find him in the squad list.
