How important is the Chelsea game

    Another 3 points?

Psychological blow for other PL contenders ?

Important to play attacking and stylish?

Just win, even if it bounces off Carra arse?

Clean sheet key to dent chelseas new so called attacking play?

What do you think people?, looking forward to it that is for sure

3 points is all that matters to me. I don't give a **** if it bounces off the refs cock mate.

You can play well and lose, just ask Arsenal!

Just win, even if it bounces off Carra's arse.

That's how important it is. It's HUGE.

It could represent a chance for us to steal a march on the Mancs too - I can see them slipping up at Pompey tomorrow night and I can definitely see them losing points at Citeh before we entertain Chelsea.

      Bring it on.

Could be the most important game all season, establish a lead over all our rivals and maintain our Physiological edge over the chavs.

More important than all of that though will be the confidence it will give us

I tend to agree, but would`nt it be great to play them off the park aswell.

It doesn't matter how we play. Winning is everything in this one.

Gives us 6 points out of 6, puts one over one the other main title contenders, puts the Chav filth in their place, and once again confirms Rafa's superiority over Maureen.

Every game is vital, but this one is a bit more vital than most of the others.

even though chelsea are talking ****e about having injury problems etc... that was still a pretty strong team they had out on sunday,,,,

would be great if they are without terry and essien, personally i think terry will start and not just so sure about essien !!!!

either way we should have enuf to take them and i think we will. a nice convncing win, 2-0 3-1 would do for me...

going over to the game too and would love to see torres get one and an og from horrible fat **** fat frank !!
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

The most important thing about the Chelsea game is that we don't lose. If we lose then we're playing catch up already and also a loss at home to Chelsea could easily dent the confidence of the squad and the fans.

A draw mean's no ground lost really, well on them and United anyway. A win means we pull away and for a change it's us in the driving seat even if it is only after two game- but you never know how important that could be.

Chelsea look shakey at the back without JT and we should really go for them early on. I also think we've got really lucky with the injury to Essien if that's to be believed. This weekend for me is all about not losing- anything else is a bonus.

Not quite a 6 pointer, but important to build on our tentatively good start and gain as much ground on our nearest rivals as early in the campaign as possible i.e. before injuries etc set in

I was saying the same earlier to a Manc **** at work.

I know there'll be a lot of fed-up Reds if we draw, but a draw on Sunday will be FINE. No bother at all. Obviously we all want to win desperately, but a draw would be no problem.

A draw against them is maybe a good thing as you got to remember that earlier on Sunday, the Scum will play their neighbours at Eastlands in a match which will be more evenly fought then in recent history.

Micah Richards to get the winner!

Malouda is key, Finnan will have his hands full.

Whoever plays in front of Finnan will have to be disciplined, can tennants do that job?

I hope Stevie stays in the middle, masher instead of Alonso as well
