Gkmacca has made a right tit of himself with these comments frankly.

As for Pako's replacement, I don't think Rafa will want a yes man. He'll obviously want someone who shares his vision reasonably closesly but also offers a different perspectives on it. As long as they're prepared to let Rafa have the final say that isn't a problem.

Looks like Pako has paid the price for being a 'no' man though!

Of all the insiders on the internet he's the last one I would say is giving it the big I am and demanding attention. The only level of respect he's ever asked for is that which all posters should afford one another. Macca even picked on the choice of the username 'Maestro' as though he was looking for attention - I always assumed it referred to King Kenny but there we go. Funny thing is, I always thought gkmacca was a good poster. He's well out of order on this though.

I think different opinions and perspectives will always be what Rafa wants from his backroom staff. It wouldn't have been a problem if they'd disagreed on substitutions or who to sign. The problem is that it seems they disagreed on such a fundamental point in an area that Pako had autonomy over. Autonomy I can't really see any new coach/assistant being given.
