The only thing is we need someone NOW, we dont have all summer to go scouting around Africa and South America searching for the best undiscovered coach in the buisiness.
Gary Mac would certainly seem like a sensible short term (potentially long term) introduction to the coaching staff.

I kind of agree that the first consideration has to be the coaching abilities of the people coming in. I do however like the feeling of a community of ex-players that bringing a continuity and loyalty to the club to the table.Originally posted by tomasjj View PostToo many people look backwards...
