    If we had signed Quaresma...!

then the league will definetly be ours this year!!

He tormented us so much that not even all of our wingers together (Pennant, Benayoun, and the injury hitKewell) can do half the same effect. Ok I know that Babel will be a special player.

Sorry but i think that 5 million for Benayoun are too much! It's Liverpool we are talking about!

Add 10/11 million and we could have signed him.

if we will try to sign him next year he will be more than 20 million!

I don`t agree,he had a few good moments but wasted the ball alot. Most off his crosses went over everybodies heads and harmlessly out for a goalkick.I`d rather stick with Pennant and Babel.

They wanted £20m now anyway and I would have said that it was too much for a player who could have taken us to the cleaners this we with our below par performance.

that he did not shows that he is not worth that much at all

Quaresma is a FAR better option then either pennant or benny yoon.
In our set up he would quickly learn whats expected of him. I dont like pennant and whilst im sure he wont lose any sleep over this nugget of info it means im never going to be convinced about him.

Puts a slight bias to your opinions on him as a player then.

Quaresma had more possession on Tuesday night than all the others put together, yet he failed to take a save from Pepe or even produce a pass that ended up with Pepe having to make a save.

You're delusional brother - Liverpool did bid 15 million for him. But Porto were very stubborn and clearly stated that bidding for him would start at 25 million. Hence the reason why Liverpool and Real Madrid pulled out of making a move for him. And rightly so, he's not worth a penny over 15 million.

Quaresma would make us a better side. Pure and simple

We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.

True but the player we missed out on which we need more is Heinze

That was more kind of as the game got older though, I was under the impression he was getting more tired all the time due to the fact that he was doing everything, taking all free kicks and corners etc, while being asked to defend and attack. His influence got less as the game wore on.
I think he would be a great signing. He reminded me of a Bergkamp on the wing
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
